We chose to portray the brand in a warm, reassuring and modern tone of voice, from voice over casting to art direction. By combining that tone with an emphasis on clearly communicating the platform’s core attributes of security, convenience and control, we combatted the potential scepticism and concern that an enforced migration could potentially evoke in clients, particularly when it comes to their wealth and investments.
